Since 2006, Samara has practised exclusively in family law and is widely recognised for her expertise in international divorce, high-value financial disputes, and complex children matters—particularly in multi-jurisdictional cases involving Sharia law. Her clients include many high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, whom she supports with discretion and strategic clarity.

Samara regularly represents clients in the Abu Dhabi Civil Court and is among the few British lawyers with extensive litigation experience before the Dubai Courts. She has also served as a Legal Consultant registered with the Dubai Ruler’s Court, advising on matters that span both English and local legal systems.
