We offer an initial informative consultation to discuss your matter briefly and outline how we can help. We also discuss the legal fees structure and what would best suit you at this stage.
We will discuss your legal issues in detail and the methods required to resolve them. We will also give you an idea of the costs and timescale involved. We will provide full and frank honest advice in relation to your case and particular circumstances.
With this payment method you pay us a fixed fee for specific services. For this fee we cannot represent you in court nor can we correspond with the court or any of the parties involved. Should you require us to attend a court hearing on your behalf, we are be happy to do so at our usual hourly rate or on a negotiated fixed fee basis. This will depend on the nature of your case. Pay as you Go is a option many clients prefer for instructing us to prepare forms, documents or bundles on their behalf.
We can work on a capped fee basis. Capped fees give you peace of mind since we do not work beyond agreed costs without your permission.
If you are on on low income and eligible for legal aid but your case does not qualify our scheme could offer you significantly reduced fees. Call us to see if you qualify or simply fill in the request form on our website and we will get back to you.
These packages are inclusive of all costs apart from the court fee for lodging the petition which is charged at £550. This is an official court charge and the same for everyone. Please speak to us about the fixed fee packages we offer.
Our DIY Divorce Package includes all the required forms and submission advice you need to issue your own divorce proceedings. No legal support is included, however you can upgrade to our Bespoke Divorce Packages at any time if you require more assistance.
With this package, we can offer advice and assistance on all form completion however we cannot act for you in court, neither can we correspond with the other party.
This is a full package of services overseen by a qualified solicitor and it includes completion of all forms, correspondence and query handling.
For a stated service fee you recieve a 30 minute phone consultation with a qualified solicitor and preparation of the change of name deed along with the provision of three certified copies. Please note we will need the consent of all parties with Parental Responsibility if the deed is for a child.
